Hi Victoria, Our families and friends were delighted with the lovely surprise on seeing your ice-cream cart in the courtyard at Ballydugan Mill when they arrived at John and Stephanie's wedding in July. Wedding in the Marquee at The Beech Hill Country House Hotel, 08/07/2011
The cart added some 'wow' factor to our evening reception. The guests had eaten and the band were setting up, this was the perfect time to unveil the surprise. So many guests commented on the cart, it really looked the part with the fairy lights and fun toppings and the ice-cream itself was delicious! People have talked about it for weeks after our wedding. We highly recommend this service. If only we could hire it every weekend! :-)
